And grilling is arguably one of the most popular ways to prepare London broil, or at least it is in my family. So, it makes total sense that I should give you some tips on how to grill London broil.

  1. Don’t skimp on the marinade for London broil steak. Seriously, you need the acid to help keep the meat tender. It doesn’t take much to make London broil turn game-y, similar to venison (although not that hard to cook). So you really need the vinegar and other flavors to do their thing here.   5. Don’t be impatient! Like any good steak, you don’t want to cut into it right away. Let it sit for at minimum 10 minutes, so it can soak some of those juices back up.

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, gluten free
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
