Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, made with gold potatoes tossed with olive oil and seasoning, ready in 25 minutes!

First, gather all of your ingredients! Potatoes, spices, and extra virgin olive oil. You can also use canola oil or avocado oil.

Next, cut the potatoes into cubes. Pat them dry with a paper towel, and add to a large mixing bowl.

Whisk together the olive oil and spices until well combined.

Pour the spice mixture over the potatoes. Use a large spoon to mix everything together until each piece is evenly coated.

Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches, depending on what size your air fryer is!

Air fry for 20 minutes at 400°F. Take the basket out and give it a good shake every 5 minutes to mix up the potatoes!
