Baked Potato Slices

Baked Potato Slices are an EASY side dish, made with Yukon gold potatoes sliced and baked in olive oil and spices, ready in under an hour!

First, gather your ingredients!

Whisk together the olive oil and spices until completely combined.

Place the potatoes in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade on top. Seal the bag and shake everything together until combined.

Spread the potatoes out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and fork-tender.
