Whisk the oil and spices together in a small bowl until completely combined.

Add the sweet potato slices to a ziplock bag. Pour the oil and spice mixture over the potatoes. Seal the bag and move everything around until well coated.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread the sweet potato rounds out on the sheet pan. Leave some space between each one.
