Here's a quiche recipe that's simple to make and sure to be a crowd pleaser. Perfect for breakfast or brunch, this can be made with or without a crust depending on your preference. If you have a larger dish than a 9-inch pie pan, you can also double this recipe to fit.

  • 5 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup half & half
  • 1 cup muenster cheese shredded
  • 10 pieces pepperoni chopped
  • 1 cup chopped spinach cooked and drained
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil for greasing pan
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl whisk together eggs and half & half until combined.
  3. Add spinach, 3/4 cup of muenster cheese, pepperoni, kosher salt and black pepper to egg mixture and stir together until all ingredients are combined. This will be your filling.
  4. Pour filling into greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup shredded muenster cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until quiche is golden brown. Once done, remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
