Gluten Free Graham Cracker Crust Recipe is a really simple gluten free pie crust recipe. It's crushed gluten free graham crackers, spice, and butter pressed into a pie plate and toasted. Perfect for your holiday pies!
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a pie plate.
In a food processor, pulse gluten free graham crackers until crushed. Add sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and pulse a few more times.
Slowly add melted butter while pulsing food processor, until crumbs look wet.
Press crumbs into pie plate and up the sides evenly. You can use the bottom of a glass to help press down the bottom.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until toasted. Allow to cool before making pies.
