Crispy Air Fryer Potato Wedges are the perfect side dish to any dinner, tossed with parmesan, olive oil, and a blend of spices, then cooked in the air fryer until they're tender on the inside and crispy on the outside!
Place potato wedges in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Drain water and place wedges on paper towels and pat dry. When dry, transfer back into bowl. Toss wedges with olive oil and seasoning until evenly coated.
Preheat air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 390°F. Add potato wedges to air fryer basket and set timer for 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes, take the basket from the air fryer and shake fries. Then place back in air fryer.
Once time is up, remove fries from air fryer and add more salt and pepper to taste. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
