Roasted Garlic Herb Butter is easy to make with minimal prep time, made with simple ingredients like fresh parsley, chives, sweet roasted garlic, onion, and lemon juice, ready in only 5 minutes!
Add all ingredients to a stand mixer, or use an electric hand mixer. Mix on medium setting until all ingredients are well-combined. Use a spatula to scrape the sides.
Place the butter on a piece of wax or parchment paper (or plastic wrap), using the spatula to mold it into a log-type shape. Fold the paper over the butter, gently rolling and pressing into a smoother shape.
Twist both ends to close, cut off and discard any excess paper, and store in the refrigerator. If you don’t want to roll it into a log shape, skip this part and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator instead.

Add kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
Leave butter on the counter for 20 minutes before serving to soften.
Add more or less garlic cloves for as much or as little roasted garlic flavor as you'd like.
If you don't have an electric mixer, you can also make this in the food processor. You may need to stop it a few times to scrape the butter from the sides, to make sure it gets thoroughly mixed.
