Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta is a quick and easy appetizer that your guests won't be able to get enough of. Crispy gluten free baguettes are sliced and toasted with garlic and olive oil, then topped with fresh tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and basil. It's both simple and impressive!
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place parchment paper on baking sheet.
Slice baguettes and place pieced on baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil on baguettes, and sprinkle with 1 tsp garlic powder. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until baguettes look crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.
Stir together all other ingredients in a large bowl. Top toasted baguette pieces with tomato mixture and serve.
