Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a muffin tin and set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk together dry ingredients (gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt).
Add wet ingredients (bananas, egg, butter, and vanilla). Stir until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
Scoop batter evenly into muffin tin. Top with banana slices. Bake for
