About

Hi, Iโm Jacqui โ the recipe developer, photographer, and voice behind DishingDelish.com.
And this is my recipe tester and husband, Andrew.
Iโve been gluten-free since 2003 and started this blog in 2015 to share the recipes I was cooking at home for my family and friends. What began as a small passion project has now grown into a trusted resource for readers all over the world who want recipes that are flavorful, approachable, and gluten-free โ but never feel restrictive.
With a bachelorโs degree in nutrition and more than two decades of gluten-free living experience, I understand how important it is to make food that is both safe and satisfying. My recipes are designed with everyone in mind โ whether youโre gluten-free or not. Thanks to a simple 1-to-1 flour ratio, many of my recipes can be made exactly as you would with regular flour, so no one feels left out at the table.
My Mission
At Dishing Delish, my goal is simple:
To create and share reliable, comforting recipes that prove gluten-free cooking can be just as easy, delicious, and exciting as any other style of cooking.
I want you to feel like youโre stepping right into my kitchen โ confident, inspired, and ready to try something new.
Where Youโve Seen My Work
Over the years, my recipes and photography have been featured by outlets such as Buzzfeed, MSN, Womenโs Day, PureWow, Elle Decor, Butcher Box, and Brit + Co. Iโm so grateful to see Dishing Delish included in communities that celebrate creativity, food, and flavor.
How Recipes Are Developed
Most of the recipes youโll find here are meals I make for my own family. Many are tried-and-true favorites that Iโve been cooking for years, while others are tested again and again until theyโre just right. If itโs on this site, itโs something Iโd happily serve at my own table.
A Peek Into My Life
When Iโm not in the kitchen, youโll usually find me with my husband (he co-hosts the 2 Giant Goofballs sports podcast) and our two dogs, spending time at the beach. We love exploring Floridaโs west coast, searching for the best seafood spots, and soaking up as much beach time as possible.
Letโs Stay Connected
