Ingredients
  • 8 medium corn cobs husks removed
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Add corn, butter, salt, and sugar to the instant pot. Pour in milk and water. 

  2. Close instant pot and seal, with steam valve closed. Cook on manual setting on High for 5 minutes, then allow pot to release naturally. 

Recipe Notes

You can use fresh corn on the cob with the husks removed, or you can use the packaged frozen corn on the cob. I like to keep a package in the freezer for last minute dinner decisions!
