  • 6 medium chicken thighs with bone and skin
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce gluten free
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Put chicken thighs in crock pot. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pour BBQ sauce over them. 

  2. Cook on HIGH 4 hours, or LOW 8 hours.
