  • 1/4 cup moonshine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Dry Pork Rub homemade
  • 6-8 lb Boston pork butt roast
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together moonshine, lemon juice, and spices. Use a knife to trim excess fat from roast, then place the roast in the slow cooker. Pour spice mixture over roast evenly.

  2. Set crock pot on LOW for 8 hours, or on HIGH for 4-5 hours, or until the roast is 195F in the middle.
