Ingredients
  • 1 box gluten free penne
  • 3/4 cup greek salad dressing or more as needed
  • 1/2 cup green peppers chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup english cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted, sliced in half
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir together. Add extra greek salad dressing as needed.
