Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts are the perfect side dish, made with garlic and parmesan cheese, and ready in under 30 minutes!
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Spread the brussel sprouts out on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until sprouts are soft and parmesan is starting to get crispy.
If you want charred sprouts, turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes, watching closely so they don't burn!
