Ingredients
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups ice for ice bath
Instructions
  1. Place trivet in instant pot, then place eggs on top of trivet. Pour cup of water into the pot. Close the lid and seal the pressure valve. Set manual pressure on high for 5 minutes.

  2. Once the pot signals that the 5 minute cook time is over, let the pot naturally release for 5 minutes. Then quick release the rest of the steam. Once the pressure is released, use a spoon to transfer eggs into an ice bath for another 5 minutes before peeling.
