Crispy Air Fryer Tofu made with extra firm tofu that's coated in a savory seasoning blend and tossed in the air fryer until perfectly crispy! Perfect to serve with rice and your favorite roasted vegetables, or by itself with a dipping sauce.
Add tofu to a medium sized bowl with olive oil. Toss to coat. In a separate bowl, whisk together spices and corn starch. Add spice mixture to the tofu and toss to coat everything completely.
Add tofu to the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece. Cook at 400°F, tossing the basket every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes. Make in batches until all are completely cooked, about 2-3 batches.
