Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, made with sweet potatoes, spices, and olive oil, they're the perfect side dish!
Cut sweet potatoes into wedges and place into a bowl of cold water. Soak for 20-30 minutes. When time is done, lay them out on a baking sheet and pat dry with paper towels.
Once the potatoes are completely dry, add them to a mixing bowl with olive oil and spices. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer for 390°F for 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes, shake the basket to mix up the fries.
Once time is up, remove the fries and add any additional salt and pepper to taste. More time may be needed depending on the size of the wedges.
