Homemade Buffalo Wing Sauce is spicy and tangy, made with hot pepper sauce and butter mixed with spices and a dash of Worcestershire sauce, ready in 10 minutes!
In a medium bowl, whisk together cornstarch and hot sauce until well combined.
Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat, whisking everything together. Bring the hot sauce mixture to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes, whisking often.
Remove the buffalo sauce from the heat. Serve immediately, or store refrigerated.
