Sweet, smokey and deliciously easy to make, these Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce are exactly what you need to curb you pub-food cravings. These sweet potato fries are best when eaten warm, which compliments the cool, zesty garlic aioli sauce perfectly. Just be sure to make enough, these won't last long!
Servings: 3 servings
Sweet Potato Fries
  • 3 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1/4-1/2 inch strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Garlic Aioli Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Sweet Potato Fries
  1. Preheat oven to 420°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add sweet potato strips to large mixing bowl and sprinkle with corn starch. Drizzle with olive oil and stir potatoes until evenly coated.
  3. Season potatoes with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring to make sure each fry is well seasoned.
  4. Add fries to baking sheet, making sure there's space between each fry. Bake for 15 minutes. Using a spatula, turn fries over. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from oven and serve while still warm with garlic aioli dipping sauce.
Garlic Aioli Sauce
  1. Add mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, fresh parsley, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to food processor. Blend until all ingredients are mixed well together.
  2. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour (or more) and serve chilled.
