1granny smith applepeeled and chopped into small pieces
2 1/2tspbaking powderdouble acting
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir together until combined.
Add eggs, light cream, applesauce, and vanilla extract to mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Stir in granny smith apple pieces.
In a paper-lined muffin pan, spoon in batter evenly, filling each muffin tin almost to the top.
Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
