Best Greek Salad Dressing & Greek Salad is tangy lemon and herbs mixed with vinegar, oil, and sweet honey mustard drizzled on top of a bed of greens with feta, tomato, onion, and kalamata olives. I like to make a big bowl of this on Sunday and eat it all week!

Ingredients
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 medium lemon juice only
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp honey mustard
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together. Pour into salad dressing bottle and serve over your favorite greek salad.
