Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup zucchini grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup gluten free breadcrumbs plain
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp tamari gluten free
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Form into 7-8 burgers.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until turkey is thoroughly cooked through.
