Savory black beans mixed with sliced peppers, corn, crushed tomatoes, and southwestern spices are slow cooked to perfection in this Slow Cooker Black Bean Chili. This is the perfect meal to use up what you already have in your pantry. You won't believe how easy it is to make!

3(14oz) bags frozen sliced peppers
1(15oz) can corn kernels
1(16oz) can crushed tomatoes
4(15oz) cans black beans, drained
1(6oz) can tomato paste
1large white onion, chopped
4tbspextra virgin olive oil
1bunch fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir together.
Set slow cooker on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours. Stir once more before serving.
