Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats are a really quick dessert that's perfect for the holidays. It's a spin on your traditional rice krispie treat, using pumpkin pie spice and real pumpkin to add some delicious fall flavors. Best of all, you don't have to bake them!
Grease a 9x13 in baking dish.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add pumpkin, 10oz marshmallows, and pumpkin pie spice, stirring constantly until melted and combined.
Pour cereal into saucepan and stir to combine. Add mini marshmallows and stir until just mixed in. Remove from heat.
Pour everything into baking dish, using a spoon to press into an even layer. Allow to cool completely before serving.
*If needed, make sure your rice cereal is certified gluten free. Regular (branded) contains malt and is NOT gluten free, so you may need to find another brand of cereal.
