Ingredients
For the Cake
  • 1 3/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cups The Greek Gods Chocolate Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder double acting
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Fresh strawberries optional
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup The Greek Gods Chocolate Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
For the Cake
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt).
  2. Add wet ingredients (eggs, milk, water, greek yogurt, vanilla extract). Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Grease slow cooker, then add cake batter and cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 3 hours, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool, then top with fresh strawberries and glaze.
For the Glaze
  1. Whisk together greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Pour over cake.

*Use a stand mixer or electric hand mixer to make the batter faster.
