Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats in 20 Minutes is hands down the best way to feed a hungry family in a very short amount of time. It's a healthy start to your day and the topping ideas are endless!

Calories: 212 kcal
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free steel cut oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Add all ingredients into instant pot and stir. 

  2. Lock lid in place and make sure release valve is sealed. Set for 12 minutes on high. When 12 minutes is done, let the pressure release naturally, about 8 minutes. 

  3. When oats are done, add your favorite toppings and stir!

Recipe Notes

Use a natural release when the oats are done cooking. Do not release steam with the valve.
