  • 1 medium english cucumber diced
  • 1/4 medium red onion diced
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
