Beef Lo Mein is a gluten free version of your favorite Chinese takeout dish! It's noodles sautéed in sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and tamari, with tender pieces of beef and vegetables. You'll be surprised how easy this is to make at home!
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, then drizzle with sesame oil and toss lightly.
In a skillet over medium heat, add peanut oil, steak, and vegetables. Saute until meet is almost cooked through and vegetables are softer, about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine spices, soy sauce, tamari, oyster sauce, and chile paste. Whisk together, and pour over meat and vegetables.
Add pasta to meat and vegetables and toss until combined, then remove from heat. Top with green onions and serve.
