  • 1 loaf whole grain gluten free bread cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp chicken or vegetable bouillon powder gluten free
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • cooking spray oil
  1. Cut bread into small cubes. Add to a large ziplock bag with seasoning and shake to combine. 

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet and lightly coat with cooking spray

  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F. Turn over and bake another 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown and toasted.
