Cut bread into small cubes. Add to a large ziplock bag with seasoning and shake to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet and lightly coat with cooking spray
Bake for 10 minutes at 350F. Turn over and bake another 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown and toasted.
