Ingredients
  • 3 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 1/2 cups plain gluten free bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a muffin tin and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, use your hands to combine ground turkey with all other ingredients. Separate the mixture evenly into the muffin tin. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until each meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
