  • 1 cooked rotisserie chicken skin removed, chopped
  • 1 medium celery stalk diced
  • 1 medium granny smith apple peeled, cored, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Add rotisserie chicken to a large bowl with mayonnaise and spices and stir together. Add all other ingredients and stir until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.
