Easy Almond Coleslaw is made with shredded cabbage, slivered almonds, and carrots mixed with a sweet and tangy coleslaw dressing, ready in only a few minutes!
In a large bowl whisk together dressing ingredients. Add cabbage, carrots, and almonds to the bowl and toss to combine everything with the dressing. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.

I recommend making this early and refrigerating it for at least an hour, to let the flavors combine.
