Air Fryer Red Potatoes are the perfect savory side dish, made with red potato wedges, olive oil, and spices like paprika and garlic, topped with fresh parsley and ready in under 45 minutes!
Cut potatoes into quarters and place into a medium bowl. Cover potatoes with warm water and soak for 15 minutes. Once done, drain the water and dry potatoes completely with paper towels.
Dry the bowl completely, then add potatoes back into the bowl and toss with olive oil and spices. Add potatoes to the air fryer.
Set the air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes, carefully remove the air fryer basket and shake the potatoes, then put them back to cook. If you want crispy potatoes, add an additional 5-10 minutes of cook time.
