Slow Cooker Taco Meat is a super easy version of your favorite weeknight dinner. Spices, onion, and lean turkey slowly marinate together while they cook, giving you a hot dinner at the end of the day. There's a little kick of spice, but not too much. And it's enough to feed a full house, or have leftovers for later!

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
  1. Add turkey, onion, and spices to slow cooker. Whisk together corn starch and water and pour into slow cooker. Stir everything together. 

  2. Cook on HIGH 4 hours or on LOW 8 hours, or until turkey is cooked through.
