Slow Cooker Carne Asada Tacos are an easy weeknight dinner. Flank steak is marinated in citrus, cumin, and spices while it cooks low and slow all day. The meat is so tender that it's then shredded with a fork and served in a warm corn tortilla.
In a bowl whisk together all ingredients (except flank steak).
Place flank steak in slow cooker, pour marinade over steak. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or LOW for 8 hours.
When steak is cooked through, shred with a fork. Serve with your favorite taco ingredients.
