Ingredients
 
 

For the Meat

  • 3 lbs flank steak
  • 2 medium limes , (juice only)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Optional Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado, or other taco ingredients.

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl whisk together all ingredients (except flank steak).
  • Place flank steak in slow cooker, pour marinade over steak. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or LOW for 8 hours. 
  • When steak is cooked through, shred with a fork. Serve with your favorite taco ingredients.
