Avocado Brownies are soft and chewy, and made from scratch in your own kitchen. You won’t even be able to tell they’re made with avocados. And best of all, they’re gluten free!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Puree avocado in food processor.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients (except powdered sugar) together until well combined.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Top with powdered sugar once cooled.
