Bacon Wrapped Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos are exactly what they sound like. Pork is sauteed with herbs & spices, then smothered in melted cheese and stuffed into a jalapeno. Then to top it off, it's wrapped in bacon and baked to perfection. The perfect appetizer for your next party!
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place jalapeños on baking sheet, open-side-up.
In a medium sauté pan cook pork completely. Add seasoning and mix well.
Melt Neufchatel cheese and parmesan over pork, stirring all ingredients together. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add about 1-2 tbsp filling to half a jalapeño. Wrap jalapeño with bacon, and place back onto sheet pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is cooked through.
