Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake is a really quick and easy way to use up leftover chicken or Alfredo sauce! You can throw in whatever vegetables you have on hand, from broccoli to spinach, and it works great with gluten free penne pasta. Plus it's ready in about 30 minutes!

  • 1 12oz box gluten free penne pasta cooked al dente
  • 2 lb chicken meat cooked
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce gluten free
  • 2 cups mozzarella shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a large baking dish and set aside. 

  2. In a large bowl, stir together cooked chicken, penne, broccoli, spinach, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and black pepper. Pour into baking dish, using a spoon to spread evenly. 

  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
