Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 6 cups vegetable broth gluten free
  • 3 medium carrots chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 16oz can butter beans drained
  • 1 15oz can black beans drained
  • 1 14oz can diced tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. In a medium pan brown sausage until just cooked through. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir together. 

  2. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or LOW for 7-8 hours. Stir, then serve.
