Parmesan & Garlic Gluten Free Breadsticks Recipe is crispy and crunchy, sprinkled with grated parmesan and garlic seasoning. Made with Greek yogurt, they're only 3 ingredients plus seasoning, and ready in under 20 minutes!

  • 2 cups greek yogurt plain, nonfat
  • 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp double-acting baking powder gluten free
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp parmesan grated
  • cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. Stir in Greek yogurt until everything is combined into a dough. 

  3. Add some flour to your hands to help the dough not stick. Taking small pieces at a time, roll the dough between your hands to make long sticks. Place on the baking sheet with a little bit of room between each one. 

  4. Once breadsticks are all on the sheet, spray lightly with cooking oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic powder. 

  5. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until breadsticks are golden brown and crispy.

Recipe Notes

You might have to work in batches, depending on the size of your baking sheet. 

Flour helps keep the dough from sticking to your hands. But if you don't have any extra, oil on your hands will work, too!
