  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 medium poblano peppers diced, seeds removed
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak sliced thin, then into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. In a medium dutch oven, add 1 tbsp butter, onion, and poblano peppers. Cook until onion is caramelized, about 5 minutes. Add steak, pepper, and garlic powder.  Stir until cooked through, about 5 more minutes.

  3. Add remaining butter, cream cheese, mozzarella, and sour cream. Stir until everything is melted together.

  4. Place provolone evenly on top of dip and move to oven. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until provolone is melted and golden brown on top.
