Greek Turkey Burgers are the PERFECT weeknight dinner, made with lean ground turkey, fresh herbs, feta cheese, olives, and spices, ready in under 45 minutes!
Add all of the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. With your hands, gently mix everything together until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
Form the mixture into 4 burger patties, pressing gently on the middle to make sure they're even. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before cooking.
On a grill over medium-high heat, cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes on the other side. The burgers are done when they're fully cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F with a meat thermometer.
Once the burgers are done and removed from the grill, place the buns on the grill and toast for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.

Be careful not to over-mix the burgers before making the patties. You want the ingredients to be just combined, so the burgers don't turn out dense.
Press the burger patties down gently in the middle before grilling, to help them cook more evenly.
Chilling the burger patties in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before grilling can help them hold together better.
Avoid pressing on the burgers as they're cooking, to avoid losing any of the juices that helps keep them tender
