Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is moist and delicious, with a great chocolate-banana flavor! This recipe is simple to make and only requires one type of gluten free flour. A dash of cinnamon gives this chocolate banana bread an extra hit of flavor!
1 1/4cupall purpose flourgluten free
1/2cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl with a potato masher or a fork until smooth. Add egg and melted better and stir together.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder, salt, sugar and chocolate chips).
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix until all ingredients are combined. Stir in walnuts (optional). Pour into lightly greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until top of bread is firm and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
