Easy Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is a really simple chia seed pudding recipe that requires little to no work. You can make it in about 5 minutes, and let it set in the refrigerator!
In a mixing bowl whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Add milk, almond extract, chocolate chips, and honey and stir to combine. Let sit for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cover bowl and refrigerate 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until pudding has thickened. Stir before serving.
