Apple Butter Pie is a sweet and creamy custard made out of evaporated milk, apple butter, brown sugar, and spices in a gluten free pie crust. It's a lot like pumpkin pie, but with the flavor of apple butter!
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and apple butter. Whisk in evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spice, and gluten free flour.
Pour filling into pie crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until pie is firm on the outside, but slightly jiggles in the middle. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.

You can do an egg wash on the pie crust if you want to add a golden brown color. Whisk together one egg and a splash of water. Use a pastry brush to lightly brush the rim of the pie with egg. Bake as usual.
