Grilled Turkey Burgers are EASY to make, made with lean ground turkey seasoned with dijon, shallots, and fresh herbs, and grilled until tender and juicy!
Add all of the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. With your hands, gently mix everything together until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
Form the mixture into 4 burger patties, pressing gently on the middle to make sure they're even. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before cooking.
On a grill over medium-high heat, cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes on the other side. The burgers are done when they're fully cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
Once the burgers are done and removed from the grill, place the hamburger buns on the grill and toast for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Assemble the burgers with your toasted buns and favorite toppings and serve.

Don't press on the burgers with the spatula when cooking, it will release some of the burger juices and cause them to dry out.
If the burger mixture is sticking to your hands when you're forming the patties, use a few drops of olive oil on your hands to make them nonstick.
When you're mixing all of the ingredients together, stop when it's all just combined. Over-mixing the burgers can result in dense patties that dry out faster.
