I always keep cans of pumpkin puree in my pantry, because you never know when the mood to bake something is going to hit! Pumpkin is my secret trick to keeping baked treats moist, adds a great flavor, and is a budget-friendly ingredient to have on hand. If you need a last minute potluck or party recipe, try my creamy Pumpkin Pie Dip served with gluten free graham crackers.

I’ve also included my Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice recipe, so you can make a big batch for half the price of the small containers at the grocery store. This collection has everything I reach for between October and Thanksgiving, whether you need a quick party dip or a cheesecake for a holiday dessert table. All of these recipes are simple, gluten free, and none of them need a culinary degree!
